Messia Garabedian

(Armenian: Մեսիա Կարապետյան), is an Armenian singer and musician based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

With deep roots in Armenian tradition, he has built a career that bridges Armenian, Oriental, Western, and modern sounds into one distinctive style.

Over the years, Messia has also released his own original songs, including Anoush Anoush (2017), Im Ser (2018), Shad e Shad (2018), Kez Gesirem (2023), and Amen Mi Dzaghig (2025). These works highlight his versatility as a singer-songwriter and his ability to merge tradition with modern influences into powerful and emotional music.

Messia is widely recognized for his traditional Armenian repertoire, including wedding and love songs that continue to resonate deeply across generations. His ability to combine authenticity with modern arrangements makes him a truly current and relevant artist in today’s world music scene.

He has performed internationally in countries such as Armenia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Greece, Jordan, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands, captivating audiences with his heartfelt voice and emotional performances.
